All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment. An email will be sent to confirm that your order has been processed and shipped. To protect against fraudulent transactions, aememory may require additional information at times which may cause a delay. Currently we do not have the staff available to accommodate customers wanting to pick up their orders.

Royal Mail Special Delivery orders are guaranteed to be delivered the next business day by 9am; 1st class recorded orders usually take 1-2 business days. Royal Mail International-signed-for orders to most European locations take 2-5 business days. We require a signature for all orders and if you are not available a notice will be left for you to pick up your order at your local post office. If you require shipping by an alternative carrier please contact us to make arrangements.

Insurance and Lost Packages:

For your protection we insure all packages. If you do not receive your order within the time frame stated below, please contact us via our Live support/Email/Free phone so we can track your package. Packages are deemed lost or delayed in shipment if they do not arrive within 10 business days within the UK and 20 days for the European Union. Please email us and we will start a claim. If our tracking information is showing that your package has been delivered and signed for it will be your responsibility to work it out with your local carrier to determine where your package is.
